Board and committee leaders volunteer their time to lead and manage ANA Business Marketing of Northern California (formerly NORCAL BMA). ANA Business Marketing of Northern California Board Members serve the needs of the Northern California B2B marketing communications community in a myriad ways, overseeing activities and programs, planning and organizing marketing seminars, and upholding the highest professional standards in B2B marketing. Eric Andrews

A veteran of the marketing industry for more than 25 years, Eric Andrews has spent time on both the Client and Agency sides, and has lived and worked in New York, Australia, Japan and England and the Silicon Valley. Eric joined Oracle in April 2016 as Vice President, Demand Operations. In that role, Eric has global responsibility for marketing operations, demand generation, digital marketing and sales plays for the Cloud Infrastructure group. Prior to Oracle, Eric was Corporate Vice President of marketing at Juniper Networks where he helped launch Juniper’s demand generation capability. Isabelle Coste

Isabelle has been an active member of ANA Business Marketing since 2015. She is currently the treasurer for the Northern California chapter. Previously, she was in charge of the ANA/BMA relations. This has been instrumental in maintaining the effectiveness of the chapter after the acquisition of the BMA by the ANA. Isabelle is a long-time demand marketing professional, most recently at Arctic Wolf Networks. Previously she held marketing roles at Tely Labs Inc, Logitech and Hewlett-Packard. Truly multicultural, Isabelle has lived and worked in the US and various countries across Europe. She holds an MBA from the EMLYON Business School in France as well as an MSc in Finance from the University of Lancaster in the UK. Ted Konen


Ted Kohnen

Ted has served on the ANA Business Marketing NorCal Board of Directors in different capacities over the years. First as VP of Finance and then as the Chapter's President from 2016-2018. In his role, Ted works closely with the Board to develop and execute educational programs, events and other opportunities that continually offer great value to ANA Business Marketing members.

Ted is an advertising agency executive who currently serves as President of the digital agency, Retina (a Transiris Company). As President, he works closely with CEOs, CMOs and other marketing decision makers on the development and execution of business, product and marketing strategies in order to accelerate business performance.

He is charged with the integration of a world-class marketing technology offering that includes AI, marketing automation, CRM and business intelligence and data solutions with award winning marketing strategy, creative and brand/demand go-to-market solutions. Throughout his career, he has pushed the boundaries of marketing and advertising. He and his teams have won numerous ANA Business Marketing awards and marketing technology accolades. Ted has led key account wins and assignments with ADP, Boeing, Centurylink, LG, NCR, Oracle, Tata Consultancy Services, Weight Watchers and Western Union.

Ted earned his B.A in International Business and Management from Dickinson College and his M.S. in Technology Management from Columbia University.

Venkat Raman


Venkat Raman

Venkat is a freelance direct response copywriter and marketing consultant specializing in B2B content and sales copy. He focuses on content marketing and email marketing for B2B technology companies. With over 30 years of experience as a software engineer and writer, Venkat has worked for a variety of clients, large and small. His clients include OTA Insight, DerbySoft, San Francisco Writers Conference, Tri-City Voice newspaper, and he has worked at Williams-Sonoma, AltaVista, Compaq, and Digital Equipment Corp among others. Venkat is a graduate of IIT Madras in Electrical Engineering and has picked up graduate degrees in Electrical Engineering (Stony Brook) as well as Computer Science (Penn State). Tanya Salah

Tanya Salah is serving as Vice President of Roundtables for ANA Business Marketing of Northern California (formerly NORCAL BMA). Tanya has over 17 years of professional Sales experience in the Tech Publishing and B2B Demand Generation sectors at organizations including, Mashable, Geeknet, Ziff Davis, True Influence and others. Currently, Tanya serves as Senior Sales Director at NetLine Corporation, the #1 B2B Content Syndication Lead Generation Network globally, for over 20 years. Leslie Brell

Leslie is a solution-focused salesperson with extensive experience working with B2B marketers to solve their challenges and drive marketing ROI. Leslie is currently working at Accelerate Marketing Solutions, helping companies with their customer acquisition needs, by providing lead generation and data services . Leslie has an MBA from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee and has been involved with ANA Business Marketing for over 10 years.
